Mark has previously worked in the Irish Revenue Commissioners, in the Life Assurance Industry with Canada Life and Irish Life, in Corporate & Retail Banking with PTSB, Bank of Ireland and Ulster Bank. He has led some of the most high-profile bank remediation programmes in both Ireland and the UK in the last 15 years, and has experienced first hand, the cultural and leadership challenges of organisational change.

Mark holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Dublin City University (DCU), he is a Certified Ethical & Cultural Advisor through the Institute of Bankers & University College Dublin (UCD), he is a Behavioural & Values Analyst through Target Training International, and he is a Certified Financial Planning Professional through the Institute of Bankers, University College Dublin (UCD), and the Financial Planning Standards Board of Ireland (FPSB).
